The APAC Brand Manager is responsible for driving strategic marketing leadership and execution across Asia Pacific, ensuring strong alignment with global strategy while adapting to diverse local market needs. This role delivers sustainable business growth, brand leadership, and customer engagement, with strong emphasis on project management excellence and cross-market execution. The role covers both Diagnostic Imaging and Interventional Radiology product portfolio.

Main Responsibilities

Regional Strategy & Planning

  • Lead development of regional marketing strategy and annual / multi-year plans aligned with global priorities
  • Translate strategy into clear execution roadmaps across APAC markets
  • Identify growth opportunities based on market dynamics, competition, and customer insights
  • Drive continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency

Product Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Drive go-to-market strategies and execution for key products and pipeline launches
  • Lead product positioning, value proposition, and lifecycle strategies across APAC
  • Develop business cases for new product introductions and drive regional adaptations
  • Act as the regional voice in global product strategy discussions, ensuring Asia Pacific market needs are represented in global roadmaps and development priorities.
  • Lead development of integrated omnichannel campaigns (digital, events, KOL engagement)
  • Oversee content strategy including scientific communication, digital assets, and sales enablement tools
  • Collaborate with regulatory teams to support product registrations and updates.

KOL Engagement & Events

  • Build and maintain regional KOL network and strategic partnership with various radiology/ interventional radiology societies
  • Lead planning and execution of Regional congresses, Advisory boards and Educational programs etc.

Market Intelligence & Performance Tracking

  • Drive customer engagement, lead generation, and conversion optimization
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities
  • Track marketing KPIs, ROI and translate insights into actions

Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end project management of regional marketing initiatives (product launches, campaigns, events, digital programs)
  • Define and manage project timelines, milestones and cross-country execution plans
  • Manage budgets, resource prioritization, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to track performance

Cross-functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with compliance, medical, regulatory, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure alignment.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and compliance with local regulations
  • Manage agencies and external partners
  • Align global and local markets to ensure execution excellence and consistency

Qualifications & Experiences

  • University degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing management and strategy planning, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
  • Proven track record in regional marketing strategy, product launches and omnichannel marketing.
  • Strong project management and execution discipline
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on delivery capability
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Data-driven mindset with analytics experience
  • Excellent command of English Language, and preferably good Putonghua in both verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel across the region as required.
