- Working knowledge of graphic design tools, PowerPoint and Excel

Asegurar que las solicitudes de comunicación de las unidades de negocio se gestionen con orden,calidad y en los tiempos establecidos. Es el puente entre los clientes internos y las agencias, y apoya el seguimiento de las campañas del area asi como campanas transversales. Formación complementaria
- Profesional en Mercadeo, Administración de Empresas,Ingeniería Industrial.
- Deseable postgrado en comunicación y relaciones corporativas
Conocimientos Técnicos
- Manejo de herramientas de diseño gráfico
- Conocer tendencias en comunicación interna y externa de las organizaciones
- Manejo de Office Power Point y Excel.
Experiencia Laboral Específica
- 1 a 2 años en coordinación de proyectos, ejecutivo de cuenta junior en agencia, trade marketing operativo o asistencia de gestión de proyectos.

- Elaborar o completar los briefs con la información necesaria antes de enviarlos a las agencias.
- Hacer seguimiento a tiempos de entrega, rondas de ajuste y aprobaciones hasta la publicación o distribución.
- Revisar cada pieza al detalle (datos, sedes, teléfonos, textos legales, logos) antes de suaprobación final.
- Verificar que los materiales cuenten con las aprobaciones médicas, legales y de marca requeridas.
- Apoyar el cronograma de campañas del área y transversales: seguimiento de tareas,responsables y fechas.
- Reportar el estado de las solicitudes y alertar a tiempo sobre riesgos de retraso.
