About the Role

The Head & Neck Marketing Manager plays a critical role in driving revenue growth, customer engagement, and market share across the Head & Neck portfolio. Serving as the commercial bridge between Marketing and Sales, this highly visible, customer-facing position transforms strategic objectives into impactful field execution.

This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Education, and cross-functional stakeholders to support product launches, advance market development initiatives, enable field teams, and strengthen customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a proactive marketer with a passion for collaboration, customer engagement, and delivering measurable business results.

What You’ll Do

Portfolio & Commercial Execution

  • Execute marketing initiatives that drive growth, adoption, and market share across the Head & Neck portfolio.
  • Partner with Sales to translate strategy into impactful field execution and territory growth plans.
  • Support product and program launch across new and existing offerings.
  • Identify market opportunities and implement initiatives that accelerate commercial performance.

Field & Customer Engagement

  • Serve as a key marketing partner to physicians, healthcare professionals, and strategic accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other influential stakeholders.
  • Deliver product education and training programs for customers, residents, and internal teams.
  • Gather customer and field insights to optimize products, programs, and overall customer experience.

Sales Enablement & Training

  • Equip field sales teams with product, clinical, and procedural expertise to drive business results.
  • Develop and deliver sales tools, training materials, and customer-facing resources.
  • Lead new hire onboarding and ongoing sales education initiatives.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the Head & Neck portfolio and its clinical applications.

Events & Market Development

  • Lead and execute trade shows, conventions, labs, and educational programs.
  • Manage event logistics, deliverables, and post-event follow-up to maximize impact.
  • Represent KARL STORZ at industry meetings and educational forums, strengthening brand presence and customer engagement.
  • Support market development initiatives that expand awareness, adoption, and portfolio growth.

What You Bring

Required

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3-5 years of medical device, healthcare, technology, sales, marketing, or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of marketing and sales principles, concepts, and methodologies.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to meet and maintain all credentialing requirements established by hospitals and healthcare facilities.

Preferred

  • Experience working in an operating room or clinical environment.
  • Experience supporting physician education, clinical training, or medical technology initiatives.
  • Knowledge of surgical specialties and procedural-based selling environments.
