What you'll do
- Visit shops across your assigned territory on a regular schedule and meet the planned visit targets
- Keep the company’s product range available and properly displayed at retail locations
- Negotiate with store representatives and build lasting working relationships
- Place retail fixtures and marketing materials according to company standards
- Submit reports on time and keep store records current in company systems
What you bring
- A university degree and at least one year of sales experience, preferably in FMCG
- Fluent Uzbek and Russian, plus a category B driver’s license and confident driving experience
- You can negotiate, handle objections, and use MS Office confidently

Специалист по поддержке сбыта отвечает за развитие продаж и обеспечение качественного присутствия продукции Компании в торговых точках на закрепленной территории.
Основные обязанности:
- регулярное посещение торговых точек на закрепленной территории и выполнение планов посещений;
- обеспечение наличия и представленности ассортимента продукции Компании в торговых точках;
- ведение переговоров с представителями торговых точек и поддержание долгосрочных партнерских отношений;
- размещение торгового оборудования и маркетинговых материалов в соответствии со стандартами Компании;
- своевременное предоставление отчетности и актуализация информации по торговым точкам в системах Компании.
Требования к кандидату:
- высшее образование;
- опыт работы в продажах от 1 года, желательно в FMCG;
- свободное владение узбекским и русским языками;
- водительские права категории «B» и уверенный опыт вождения;
- развитые коммуникативные навыки, умение вести переговоры и работать с возражениями;
- уверенное владение MS Office, ответственность, проактивность и ориентация на результат.
