Field Marketing Executive (Jakarta)
The Field Marketing Executive plays a critical role in driving demand creation and strengthening brand presence across the assigned area. Acting as a bridge between Marketing and Sales, this role ensures the successful execution of trade and field marketing programs while identifying local market opportunities that support business growth.
Working closely with Area Managers, Sales Supervisors, and cross-functional stakeholders, the successful candidate will help translate business and marketing strategies into impactful field activities, monitor program effectiveness, and continuously recommend improvements based on market insights and performance results.
As the Field Marketing Executive, you will:
Trade & Field Marketing Program Execution
- Support the Area Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring trade and field marketing programs across the assigned territory.
- Ensure all marketing activities are implemented in accordance with company standards and objectives.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen demand creation and increase market participation across channels.
- Support sales forecasting activities and contribute insights to drive commercial growth.
- Conduct program evaluations and recommend action plans to improve future performance and execution quality.
Market & Business Insights
- Analyze market dynamics, consumer trends, and competitive activities within the assigned area.
- Identify business opportunities and develop recommendations that support both marketing and sales objectives.
- Provide insights on market competitiveness and support the development of area-level demand creation initiatives.
- Monitor program effectiveness and track key performance indicators to ensure successful outcomes.
Sales & Marketing Alignment
- Act as a key liaison between Head Office Marketing and Field Sales teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Partner with Sales Supervisors and area stakeholders to align commercial objectives with marketing priorities.
- Ensure field activities support business goals while delivering strong consumer and customer experiences.
- Facilitate regular alignment and communication across stakeholders to drive execution excellence.
Capability Development & Collaboration
- Support Area Managers and Sales Supervisors in strengthening planning and execution capabilities.
- Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the field organization.
- Drive collaboration across teams to achieve common business objectives and maximize program effectiveness.
- Contribute to a culture of learning, innovation, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in Field Marketing, Trade Marketing, Marketing Activation, Event Marketing, Sales Development, or related commercial functions.
- Experience within FMCG, consumer goods, tobacco, or similarly fast-paced industries is preferred.
- Strong understanding of trade marketing, merchandising, field execution, and commercial business processes.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams, distributors, agencies, or field operations teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and good command of English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
