What you'll do

Position Details
This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering ongoing casual shifts throughout the year. Scheduling is based on business needs, and weekly shifts are not guaranteed.
Training is also provided before your first shift!
Schedule:
- Thursday & Friday: 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Salary:
- $21/hour
- Promote products and offer samples to shoppers in local grocery stores
- Share key product information and answer customer questions
- Meet sampling targets while delivering engaging customer interactions
- Prepare simple food and beverage samples (e.g., coffee, desserts)
- Maintain a clean and organized sampling station (set up, maintain, and tear down)
- Complete reporting after each shift
- Must be available Saturday-Sunday
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Ability to confidently approach consumers and communicate with people while delivering key messaging
- Ability to stand for the length of your shift (approximately 6 hours) and assist with the setup and teardown of the sampling station (all materials stored on-site)
- Access to a smartphone with photo capabilities and internet to complete reporting
- Ability to work independently and represent brands professionally in a retail environment
- Access to a vehicle and being a driver is preferred.
- Liquor certification is an asset (Smart Serve)
- Food Safety certification is an asset
