What you will do:
At Johnson Controls Global Marine Service Denmark, we are looking for a commercially minded and customer-focused Service Sales Manager – Offshore Service Sales to join our team in Aarhus.
In this role, you will have ownership of developing and growing Offshore Service Sales across a global customer portfolio. Acting as a trusted partner to offshore operators and marine customers, you will identify business opportunities, build long-term customer relationships, and drive service growth through innovative HVAC/R solutions.
You will work closely with technical, operational, and commercial stakeholders across the organization while maintaining responsibility for your customer portfolio, sales pipeline, and business development activities.
Johnson Controls Global Marine Service Denmark (GMOS-DK) Denmark is a branch specialized in supplying our customers with innovative service-, retrofit- and parts solutions on a global scale. Today we are the market leaders within HVAC/R applications for the marine industry.
How you will do it:
Our GMOS branch is undertaking an exciting continuous transformation as we move towards developing a more agile, digital and sustainable organization which delivers Green HVAC/R products and solutions to all industries (E.g. Merchant, Offshore, small Cruise & Ferry’s and Navy) within the marine segment, and we hope that you can contribute to this journey with a curious, dynamic and future-focused mindset and a desire to understand our customers’ needs – both now and in the future.
- Create innovative, competitive, high quality and timely estimates and proposals.
- Utilize applicable sales tools effectively to plan and document progress on your accounts.
- Seek out, qualify and close simple, large & complex sales of HVAC/R and always secure that we meet our targets with a specific focus on business.
- Create long-time customer relations and satisfaction.
- Always do Business with the highest standard using Johnson Controls ethics, processes, and tools.
- Traveling to visit clients and potential clients (approximate 30 travel days per year).
What we look for:
- Customer driven adaptable Sales representative with high degree of communications skills.
- Experience in sales tools and CRM systems.
- Knowledge and/or experience within the marine segment, HVAC/R.
- Technical flair and interest for industrial- or marine refrigeration and curiosity allowing you to operate, understand and advise customers with complex solutions.
- Fluency in English & Danish – written and verbal.
- Education as a Marine Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical/Automation Engineer, Project Manager, or other relevant technical education.
