We’ve raised more than $125M from Lightspeed Venture Partners, Section 32, Kleiner Perkins, Microsoft’s M12 venture fund, Founders Fund, Meta, Stanford, and others. Our technology has powered experiences from companies including NVIDIA, Microsoft Xbox, Niantic, Logitech Streamlabs, Wishroll, Little Umbrella, and Bible Chat. Inworld has also been recognized by CB Insights as one of the 100 most promising AI companies globally and named one of LinkedIn’s Top 10 Startups in the USA.

Your impact

We're looking for an AI-native Senior Content Marketing Manager to build Inworld's voice in public. Realtime AI is a category where developers and founders form their shortlist long before they ever talk to us. Your job is to make sure we're in that conversation, consistently and in a voice worth following.
This role covers executive thought leadership, our social channels, employer brand, and the production system behind all of these. You'll work closely with the VP of Marketing and PMM. It's a hands-on role: you'll write the post, cut the clip, and hit publish yourself.

What you'll do

Build the executive voice

  • Ghostwrite for our founders and technical leaders across LinkedIn, X, and long form - posts, essays, and POV pieces that read like them rather than like marketing

  • Sit in on research and engineering conversations and pull out the ideas worth publishing

  • Develop the editorial point of view that makes our content worth following rather than worth skimming

Own our social channels

  • Run LinkedIn, X, and YouTube as owned channels with their own audience

  • Show up where developers actually discuss realtime voice - Reddit, Discord, Hacker News, and technical communities

  • Repurpose launches, benchmarks, press coverage, and demos into content we can use everywhere

  • Metrics that matter - follower quality, engagement from the right accounts, and traffic that converts

Build an AI-native content engine

  • Use AI tooling to multiply output without flattening voice - drafting, research, repurposing, and format conversion

  • Break every substantial piece into the clips, threads, and posts

  • Build the systems and templates that let content ship on cadence

  • Hold the standard against AI slop

What you'll bring

  • 4-7 years in content marketing, ideally to a developer or technical audience

  • Exceptional writer with range - you can write as a founder, as an engineer, and as the brand, and they sound different

  • Demonstrated track record growing a social presence on LinkedIn and X, with the numbers to show for it

  • Fluent with AI tooling as a production system

  • Comfortable interviewing researchers and engineers and turning it into something readable

  • Judgment about what not to publish

  • Power user of Claude Code or equivalent, thinking in terms of agents and systems

Candidates must be based in the SF Bay Area or willing to relocate (you will be working on-site in our South Bay office a few days a week).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000 - $210,000. In addition to base pay, total compensation includes equity and benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, level, and additional factors, including competencies, experience, and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
