What you'll do
- Help identify what Financial Advisors need to learn about the products and services they offer
- Assist with planning and arranging training courses, both in person and remotely
- Help run the training platform and track learning KPIs, coordinating with internal teams and external providers
- Prepare learning materials and follow-up reports, while supporting communication activities
What you bring
- You are studying for, or have recently completed, a degree in economics, finance, communications or a related field
- You have a good command of Excel and PowerPoint, plus written and spoken English
- You are interested in financial services and professional training, and bring care, organization and a team mindset

This is a training internship supporting the Training & Communication Manager and work for ING’s Financial Advisor network. The role is based in Milan with a hybrid arrangement.

All’interno dell’area Private Banking & Wealth Management, stiamo selezionando un/una Training & Communication Stageur che affiancherà la Training & Communication Manager nelle attività formative dedicate alla rete dei Financial Advisor di ING. L’obiettivo dello stage è offrire un’esperienza formativa d'eccellenza nell'ambito del training e della comunicazione, attraverso attività di progettazione, organizzazione e monitoraggio delle iniziative formative e di supporto all'area communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborare alla raccolta e analisi dei bisogni formativi della rete, in relazione ai prodotti e servizi offerti.
- Supportare la progettazione e l’organizzazione di corsi di formazione, sia in presenza che da remoto.
- Contribuire alla gestione operativa della piattaforma di formazione e al monitoraggio dei KPI formativi.
- Interagire con team interni e fornitori esterni per garantire la coerenza dei contenuti formativi.
- Supportare la preparazione di materiali didattici e reportistica post-formazione.
- Supportare l’area comunicazione nell’attività di gestione delle attività
Educational/Professional background:
- Laurea in corso o appena conseguita in Economia, Finanza, Scienze della Comunicazione o affini.
- Interesse per il settore finanziario e per la formazione professionale.
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office (in particolare Excel e PowerPoint).
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.
- Capacità organizzative, precisione e orientamento al lavoro in team.
- Proattività, curiosità e voglia di apprendere.
