Your role at ING
As a Social Media Intern, you will join the Social Media team within the Brand team at ING Belgium. You will actively contribute to content creation, storytelling, and influencer campaigns across multiple platforms. This is a full-time internship with real responsibilities, close coaching, and visible impact.
You will learn how ING’s brand, values, and business topics are translated into relevant and engaging social media content for young audiences.
What you will do
Create and publish mobile-first social media content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others
Support the planning of content calendars and campaign ideas
Translate brand values, products, and business topics into clear, on-brand social content
Spot trends and turn them into concrete content ideas
Support influencer collaborations, content reviews, and validations
Monitor content performance and contribute to reporting and insights
About the team
You will join the Social Media team within the Brand team, part of the Center of Expertise Communication, Brand & MarCom at ING Belgium. The team works closely with marketing teams, business stakeholders, and external creative and influencer agencies to strengthen brand relevance and engagement through social media.
