This role is based in our Ha Phan Building Office
Partner with the Marketing Lead to build industry insight and data-driven marketing plans aligned to commercial targets (visitor, exhibitor, sponsorship,…), defining audiences, objectives, activities, KPIs, and desired outcomes.
Lead end-to-end integrated campaigns and partnership program across online - offline channels to attract and convert audiences.
Oversee development of on-brand, high-impact marketing materials for campaigns and events (digital and print)
Manage and optimize marketing channels and content calendars to maximize engagement, conversion, and campaign ROI.
Conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and track competitor activity to inform segmentation, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
Ensure smooth operations by coordinating cross-functional workflows (Sales, Operations, Conference, Digital/Data) and streamlining processes.
Support and guide junior team members with clear briefs and constructive feedback.
Responsibility for managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-efficiency, especially in major promotional campaigns
Generating creative marketing ideas to attract attention and stand out in a competitive market.
Staying up to date on current marketing trends and contributing to team culture by sharing ideas to improve marketing campaigns and customer targeting.
Carrying out other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Bachelor’s degree; 4+ years in Marketing/ Event Marketing/ Communications/ Branding/ Performance/ Partnership Role
Strong in project management, responsible and result oriented.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal teams, clients, suppliers and other external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, marketing tools, marketing channels (website, social,…), and AI platforms.
Excellent in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English. Fluency in Chinese is a plus
Experience in the B2B event industry is a plus
