The Agency Sales Lead – MENA is an enterprise sales position responsible for securing high-value agency media agreements and multi-market budget commitments across the Middle East and North Africa. Operating from Dubai, you will leverage existing, senior-level relationships across the Big 6 agency holding networks and enterprise brand marketers to establish a predictable, long-term revenue pipeline.

- Deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets tied to the regional sales bonus structure.
- Leverage strong persuasive and acquisition sales skills to drive inbound and outbound sales activities, acquire new clients for the inDrive Ads platform, and close successful multi-vertical flighted advertising campaigns.
- Negotiate and execute regional agency media agreements and secure annual budget commitments to ensure predictable revenue growth across specific EM (Emerging Markets: Egypt, Morocco, Algeria and South Africa).
- Leverage an active network in EM of decision-makers across Big 6 media agency holding groups (Omnicom, WPP, Publicis, Dentsu, Havas) and regional brand marketers to drive new business.
- Manage end-to-end contract execution by partnering with internal Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Accounting teams to establish contracting workflows and address process gaps.
- Own the advertising campaigns full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, contracting, closing, and revenue delivery against quarterly and annual targets.
- Gather structured client and agency feedback on platform performance, synthesizing buyer requirements to directly inform global Product team feature development and roadmap prioritization.
- Execute seamless commercial handoffs of signed contracts to central Account Management and AdOps teams for campaign setup, ongoing execution, and account retention.
- Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline tracking, and revenue forecasting within the CRM system.
- Travel across EM as required to develop agency and brand relationships, attend client meetings, and drive new business opportunities.
- 8 to 10+ years of enterprise digital media sales or ad-tech business development experience within the EM region.
- Proven track record of negotiating and closing large-scale media agreements and multi-market budget commitments with major agency holding companies.
- Established, active C-level / media investment contacts across media agency networks and enterprise brand advertisers in Dubai and target EM markets.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate internal corporate matrix environments to shepherd contracts, legal reviews, and financial approvals through to execution.
- Proven capability to translate market demands and client feedback into structured recommendations for Product and Engineering teams.
- Prior experience in digital media sales within a rapid-growth ad-tech, mobile app, retail media, or marketplace platform.
- Strong commercial understanding of first-party mobility data, intent targeting, and context-driven advertising strategies.
- Strong commercial instincts and curiosity for advertising technology and evolving media solutions, combined with a collaborative, ownership-driven mindset and genuine excitement for building and scaling something new.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Modern Standard Arabic. Proficiency in French (highly advantageous for North African market coverage) is a big plus.
