Inabia is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead a highly visible enterprise eCommerce SDK platform initiative based in Redmond, WA. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, APIs, and enterprise integrations, driving large-scale programs that enable enterprise customers to integrate, activate, purchase, and support services through sophisticated SDK and API ecosystems. The ideal candidate brings deep technical program leadership, strong business acumen, and proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex technical programs from concept through launch and into production support
- Partner with Product Managers to define requirements, prioritize deliverables, and drive execution
- Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning Engineering, Product, Architecture, Operations, and Business stakeholders
- Manage program schedules, dependencies, risks, mitigation plans, and executive communications
- Drive delivery of enterprise SDK and API integration initiatives
- Collaborate with enterprise customers and partners throughout implementation and onboarding activities
- Translate technical requirements into clear, actionable program plans
- Support customer-facing capabilities including activation, buying, onboarding, and customer service workflows
- Ensure successful delivery while maintaining high operational and quality standards
Key Qualifications
- 8+ years of Technical Program Management, Technical Product Management, software engineering, or platform delivery experience.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and lead a new enterprise SDK or developer-platform program.
- Strong programming background in languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Kotlin, Swift, C++, or Go.
- Hands-on understanding of SDK architecture, client libraries, APIs, authentication, error handling, observability, versioning, testing, packaging, and release management.
- Experience delivering enterprise SDKs, API platforms, developer tools, or complex integration frameworks.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, event-driven integrations, webhooks, data contracts, identity and access management, and distributed systems.
- Ability to review technical designs, discuss implementation alternatives, and identify integration risks.
- Experience leading enterprise application integrations across commerce, activation, ordering, billing, subscriptions, fulfillment, or customer support.
- Proven ability to lead a program from initial structure through launch and production operations.
- Strong executive communication, risk management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous enterprise eCommerce experience
- Experience supporting large enterprise or B2B customers
- Background in telecommunications, cloud, software platform, or digital commerce organizations
- Familiarity with customer activation, purchasing, subscription management, or customer support domains
- Experience with developer platforms, SDK lifecycle management, or API enablement programs
- Experience working within or alongside large enterprise organizations such as Amazon, AT&T, Microsoft, or major telecommunications providers
