The Client Executive provides strategic oversight for mid‑to‑large, high‑revenue clients requiring consultative benefits strategy and advanced lifecycle management. This role partners closely with Producers, supports business development, and mentors operational teams while optimizing client programs and outcomes.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to:

  • Book of Business: Managing or oversight of a strategic book of medium-to-large clients with moderate-to-high revenue value, typically self-funded with customized plans that require consultative engagement and customized benefit strategies.
  • Leads advanced client lifecycle management, including contract negotiation, escalated issue resolution, and program optimization.
  • Supports prospecting efforts and collaborate with Producers on strategic growth initiatives.
  • Builds and maintains strong carrier relationships to deliver optimal client outcomes.
  • Develops budgets and ROI models for benefits programs.
  • Coaches, mentors, and guides across Client Managers and peers.
