Requirements
【Objective of the Role】
To ensure that merchants’ sales agents fully understand the service product, sales strategies, and compliance guidelines to drive sales revenue at the merchant stores.
【Key Responsibilities & Functions】
● Responsible for conducting service product training and sales development activities (face to face and/or virtually) with all the merchants identified to be on the Pine Care Service Program.
● Responsible for conducting the Service Product training & visitation to all the merchants as per scheduled assigned.
● Responsible for attending all the queries from merchants related to the Pine Care Service Program.
●Responsible for assisting merchants to attend to all the pre-purchase and post-purchase queries from customers / users related to the Pine Care Service Program.
●Responsible for the sales output of the merchants based on the training support provided.
● Conduct incentive programs to motivate the merchant staff members to onboard Pine Care Service Program during all the buy now pay later and cash sales activities.
● Responsible for refresher training sessions for merchants which records low production.
●Ensure weekly cadence is done with the commercial team and update all challenges and success achieved.
【Basic Requirements】
● Minimum 1+ years in conducting service product training and sales development, sales background
● Minimum diploma degree
● Good communication skills, able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and any other local language
● Working hours: 40 hours per week (Must align working hours with the operating hours of merchants, which may include occasional evenings or weekends.
● Preferred to Poss own transportation
【Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)】
● Sales conversion (to be reviewed on weekly and monthly basis)
○Total sales activated by merchants
○Number of service contracts issued
● Able to complete the training session to all the merchants’ partners at respective locations within stipulated duration.
● All queries are attended in a timely manner within 1 working day.
● Merchant feedback on the training quality and support provided.
