What you'll do
- Watch Body Care launches, competitor activity and consumer trends, then help turn findings into customer-ready marketing solutions
- Set up fragrance smelling sessions with perfumers and evaluation teams
- Build presentations and marketing materials for projects inside and outside the team
- Handle product orders, deliveries, labeling and stock, while keeping product libraries and competitive databases current
- Work with marketing, evaluation and perfumery colleagues on ongoing projects
What you bring
- You are pursuing a BAC+4 or BAC+5 qualification in perfumery, business, marketing or a comparable field
- You speak and write English fluently and have French language skills
- You bring strong analytical ability, careful attention to detail and good organization and communication skills
- You know Microsoft Office well, particularly PowerPoint

Job Summary
The IFF Body Care marketing team is looking for a trainee. Offer of 6 months only, starting January 2027.IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences. We deliver sustainable innovations that elevate everyday products.
The Body Care Marketing Team supports the development of fragrance solutions for personal care brands by identifying market trends, tracking product innovations, and translating consumer insights into impactful marketing solutions. Working closely with perfumers, evaluators, and cross-functional teams, the group helps strengthen IFF's fragrance offering and supports customer projects across the Body Care category.

Where You'll Make a Difference
- Support market intelligence and trend analysis activities within the Body Care category
- Track new product launches, market activities, and emerging consumer trends
- Contribute to the development of marketing solutions adapted to customer projects
- Organize smelling sessions with perfumers and evaluation teams
- Prepare presentations and marketing materials to support internal and external projects
- Manage operational activities including product ordering and receiving
- Support stock management and product labeling activities
- Collaborate with marketing, evaluation, and perfumery teams on ongoing initiatives
- Help maintain market product libraries and competitive intelligence databases

- Currently pursuing a degree from a Perfumery School, Business School, Marketing program, or equivalent (BAC+4 / BAC+5)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn

- Dynamic, responsive, and enthusiastic attitude
- Creative while maintaining a pragmatic approach to problem solving
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
