  • Know brand strategy, experiential platforms, sponsorships, events, customer journeys, immersive storytelling, and activation
  • Communicate and influence across international stakeholders; English fluency is required and other European languages are useful

Role Summary:

Bring Hyundai’s brand to life across Europe! As Head of Section Brand Experience (m/w/d) you translate brand strategy into impactful experiences that connect customers with the brand across physical, digital, and phygital touchpoints. You lead the development of Brand Experience strategies and execute large-scale experiential initiatives, ensure consistency, creativity, and measurable business impact across all European markets.

We want you to:

  • Develop Hyundai’s European Brand Experience strategy and translate into scalable frameworks, operational plans, and market-ready initiatives
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a multidisciplinary Brand Experience team across Europe
  • Drive the planning and execution of high-impact brand experiences, including motor shows, roadshows, experiential platforms, partnerships, and flagship events
  • Act as the central coordinator across Marketing, Product, Communications, Digital, and market teams to ensure seamless experience delivery
  • Define, implement, and continuously improve brand experience standards, toolkits, playbooks, and guidelines across all touchpoints
  • Review and approve creative concepts, experience designs, and partner proposals to ensure alignment with brand strategy and objectives
  • Manage significant budgets, resources, and agency partnerships while ensuring efficiency and commercial effectiveness
  • Leverage consumer insights, cultural trends, and performance data to optimize brand experience initiatives and identify new opportunities
  • Drive the integration of digital and phygital experience formats, including live content, social activation, and immersive technologies
  • Monitor KPIs, benchmarking, and ROI metrics to continuously improve experience quality and business impact
  • Ensure effective governance, risk management, and operational excellence across high-visibility activations and events

About you:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, or a related field
  • Additional qualifications in Brand Strategy, Customer Experience, or Digital Experience are advantageous ideally with Lifestyle/Sports background
  • 10+ years of experience in Brand Experience, Marketing, Customer Experience, Partnerships, or related disciplines
  • Advanced knowledge of brand strategy, handling major experiential platforms, sports sponsorships, events, roadshows, and sponsorship activations
  • Deep understanding of performance driven analytics, customer journey design, immersive storytelling, and brand activation
  • Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams
  • Strong track record delivering large-scale experiential projects in complex, multi-market environments
  • Experience within the automotive industry or similarly complex consumer-facing sectors is preferred
  • Strong understanding of brand identity systems and their translation into physical and digital environments
  • Experience managing agencies, external partners, and significant marketing budgets
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data, consumer insights, and trends into actionable strategies
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills in international environments
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous
