What you'll do
- Welcome studio visitors and explain Genesis products, tailoring vehicle demonstrations to each customer’s interests
- Help organise studio and national events, and represent the brand at wider marketing activities
- Keep both London studios clean and orderly during day-to-day operations
- Qualify sales opportunities through studio conversations and test drives, then pass leads to retail partners
- Handle incoming calls when needed, identify what callers need and direct them to the right contact
What you bring
- You have customer-care, hospitality or premium retail experience and can work well as part of a team
- You have A-levels or training in hospitality, catering or premium retail; automotive experience is helpful but not essential
- You communicate clearly, manage several tasks at once and deliver attentive customer service
Who this fits
This role suits someone who enjoys customer-facing brand representation and can adapt demonstrations to individual preferences. It is a six-month fixed-term role with full-time and part-time options, rota shifts across seven days including weekends and bank holidays, and flexibility to cover both London studios. A class B driving licence is desirable.

Job Purpose
To provide a world class ‘Son-nim’ customer driven experience where we align the needs of our customers with the appropriate product offers from the Genesis brand in our London Studio outlets situated in Battersea and Westfield. This role must strive for attention to detail, by closely observing the expectations of our customer requirements and passionately representing Genesis and our innovative product line up. Acting as a Brand Ambassador to fully understand our customers' needs and tailor vehicle demonstrations based on personal preferences. The job can offer flexibility with working shift patterns to accommodate the right candidates that can represent Genesis and elevate customer experiences. The locations will be London based and require flexibility to cover both Studio locations.

- Present the Brand and Products to potential customers and people interested in the brand.
- Support of the team in the organisation of events in the studio and nationally
- Welcome and Provide professional, courteous service to customers in studio
- You ensure cleanliness and order in the daily operation in the studio
- Opportunity to be part of wider Marketing events and brand representation.
- Support retail partner sale opportunity with qualified leads from first studio interaction and test drives.
- When required, accept incoming calls, identify the needs (test drive, consultation, other) and forward them to the appropriate contact person
About you:
- A-level or (preferably) training in the hotel or catering sector and / or in premium or luxury retail (automotive experience desirable but not a prerequisite)
- Experience in customer care, hospitality, or higher catering, or premium/luxury retail experience with working in a team
- Driving license class B (desirable)
- Outstanding communication skills
- Multitasking ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to deliver a best-in-class customer service
