Lead the Saudi Arabia business with overall responsibility for P&L, revenue, profitability, and organizational effectiveness.
Manage all legal, regulatory, governmental, and compliance-related matters, ensuring adherence to Saudi legislation and company policies.
Develop and implement market, sales, and business development strategies for Saudi Arabia.
Drive revenue growth by strengthening relationships with key customers and developing new business opportunities within the Saudi Oil & Gas and industrial markets.
Translate global strategic initiatives into clear and actionable local business plans and ensure effective implementation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with major Saudi customers, stakeholders, partners, and industry decision-makers.
Lead the aftermarket business, identifying opportunities to increase customer retention, service revenues, and long-term account value.
Collaborate with the Finance function on forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, and performance management.
Ensure accurate financial reporting and provide required support for internal and external audits.
Provide overall leadership to Sales, Service, Engineering, Health & Safety, Property Management, and Quality Assurance functions.
Monitor organizational performance through clearly defined KPIs, communicate results, and drive corrective actions where required.
Lead, motivate, and develop a large organization, including managers and functional leaders, while fostering accountability and high performance.
Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration and maintain a strong customer-centric culture.
Drive business transformation, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
Ensure strict adherence to corporate governance, business ethics, sustainability, compliance, and reporting standards.
Represent the organization at senior-level customer meetings, industry forums, government interactions, and strategic business discussions.
Provide clear leadership and vision while balancing a hands-on management approach with effective delegation.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.
10+ years of Sales and/or Business Development experience in the Saudi Oil & Gas market.
Proven experience in P&L ownership and overall business accountability.
Strong track record in sales growth, business development, and customer relationship management.
Strong understanding of the Saudi Oil & Gas customer landscape, market structures, and local business practices.
Demonstrated experience with aftermarket/service business models.
Proven leadership experience managing 5+ direct reports and an overall organization of 50+ employees, including team leaders/managers.
Experience working within multinational and matrix organizations.
Demonstrated success in leading transformation and change management initiatives.
Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, ethics, and business standards.
Excellent strategic thinking and ability to convert global strategy into practical local business plans.
