Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited (“HSITP”, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation, is engaged in the planning, building, management, operation and maintenance of the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation & Technology Park at the Lok Ma Chau Loop (“the Loop”).

With a site area of 87 hectares, the Loop will be a hub for vigorous technology R&D and collaboration among top-notch international R&D institutions, technology enterprises and talent. The Loop will provide necessary infrastructure, facilities and service support for the innovation and technology (I&T) community; with associated higher education, cultural and creative and other complementary facilities.

Job Purpose:

The Assistant Manager, will support the execution of brand communication strategies, strengthen the company’s market presence, and help safeguard corporate reputation. This role will mainly serves as Ambassador of the organization in corporate visits, industry events, and external engagements, while ensuring communication alignment across stakeholders

Responsibilities:

  • Support & Execute Brand Strategy: Collaborate with the team to implement brand communication initiatives that enhance market presence and protect the company’s reputation
  • Corporate Ambassadorship & Public Speaking: Act as an official representative during corporate visits and industry events, delivering professional presentations to introduce company information, business strengths, and core values
  • Visits Coordination & Sentiment Analysis: Maintain and nurture relationships with partners to secure positive image of the Park
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment:Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all communication initiatives, messages, and corporate narratives are aligned with the organization’s overall brand objectives
  • Support the development of corporate messaging, presentations, and communication materials for internal and external use
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of communication initiatives and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Monitor external communication outcomes and recommend improvements to enhance brand visibility and consistency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in brand communications, corporate communications, public relations, or stakeholder engagement
  • Strong presentation, storytelling, public speaking, writing, and interpersonal communication skills in English and Chinese. Fluency in Cantonese & PTH, good spoken English
  • Experience in media relations, event support, or external stakeholder coordination is an advantage
  • Strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A confident, proactive, passionate communicator with strong stakeholder management ability
  • Work in Lok Ma Chau office and occasionally commute to different workstations
