Event Marketer
Home Genius Exteriors is looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our Marketing team. In this role, you'll represent one of the fastest-growing home improvement companies in the country at retail locations, sporting events, home shows, fairs, and community events.
You'll engage with homeowners, educate them on our exterior remodeling services, and generate qualified leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers with a friendly, outgoing attitude
- Educate homeowners on exterior remodeling products including roofing, siding, gutters, gutter guards, windows, and doors
- Set homeowners up for free inspections and consultations based on qualifying needs
- Set up and maintain promotional booths and displays
- Help create a positive customer experience while representing the Home Genius brand professionally
- Meet individual and team lead-generation goals
- Support promotional campaigns, merchandising, and event setup/teardown
- Handle customer questions professionally and confidently
- Attend team meetings and trainings to continue developing communication and marketing skills
- Follow all company safety standards and operational procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, marketing, promotions, or sales is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable initiating conversations with new people
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for events or store coverage
- Flexible schedule with weekend availability preferred
