Who this fits
You’ll suit this role if you can independently build a Hungarian client pipeline, speak confidently with HR and executive buyers, and use AI throughout your sales workflow. The position is remote from anywhere in Hungary and works on a contractor basis. You’ll join an international team where calls are conducted in English, while your market conversations are in Hungarian.

We're looking for a senior salesperson who can genuinely move business, lead conversations with HR managers at large companies, and close deals. You'll help us build our client portfolio on the Hungarian market 🇭🇺, join Bianka and the small Hungarian B2B team, and have a direct impact on how we grow.
What you'll own
- Active acquisition of new B2B clients on the Hungarian market, cold calls, working leads, booking meetings (roughly 60% of your time at the start)
- Running sales meetings, preparing proposals and closing deals (gradually 50% of your time as you ramp up)
- Working with outbound and inbound leads from marketing, follow-up, and conversion
- Partnering with the client success team on smooth onboarding of new clients
- Building strategy and using AI across the daily sales process (sales pitches, research, follow-ups, automation) — our team leans heavily on AI agents
- Partnering with marketing on custom sales materials and campaigns
Requirements
Must-have:
- 2+ years of active B2B sales with a demonstrable track record (ideally SaaS, startup or scaleup)
- Excellent spoken communication on the phone and on video calls, the ability to engage people and present yourself credibly in meetings with HR managers and C-level
- Active daily use of AI tools (Gemini, Claude, Perplexity or similar) for research, pitch prep, follow-ups and personal efficiency. We'll ask about this specifically.
- Native Hungarian and English at least B1+ for communication with the international team (CZ, HU, RO, PL, LT)
- Willingness to work on a contractor basis (self-employed / B2B contract)
Nice to have:
- Experience selling into HR departments
- Previous experience in an international startup or scaleup
- Experience with Pipedrive or another CRM
- Experience selling in a regulated / more sensitive industry (healthcare, wellbeing, benefits)
