The Marketing Team functions as an in-house agency serving internal teams and clients across all Guidepoint’s business units. The team strives to generate a positive customer experience across every touchpoint, efficiently and at scale— weaving in Guidepoint’s story along the way.
As the Marketing Specialist, EMEA, you will join Guidepoint on a fixed-term contract to provide maternity leave cover. You will collaborate with the global Marketing team to develop and deliver marketing and communications strategies, media and public relations initiatives, and branding and sales-support activities for our offices in London, Athens, and Dubai.
What You'll Do:
- Partner closely with regional leaders and stakeholders to strengthen brand awareness, support sales growth, and promote client engagement across EMEA
- Develop and implement an effective mix of growth marketing, lead-generation, content marketing, and social media initiatives aligned with regional priorities
- Collaborate with global Marketing and Design teams to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns that support clients throughout their journey, from initial brand awareness to ongoing platform utilization
- Support regional Sales and Client Service teams by developing local and regional event strategies, press releases, targeted email campaigns, videos, and presentations
- Establish and track KPIs across marketing initiatives, using results to optimize future programs, demonstrate ROI, and share outcomes with company leadership
What You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree required; a degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or Business is preferred
- 3 to 5 years of experience in global B2B marketing, public relations, and/or communications, including digital marketing experience
- Experience developing and executing multi-channel content marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of engagement, retention, analytics, and both organic and paid channels
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and WordPress is a plus
- A balance of creative and analytical thinking, with the adaptability to solve problems proactively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with executive stakeholders
- Excellent project-management skills and the ability to execute complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Advanced copywriting skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and simply
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Fluent English is essential
