From the employer
Are you a commercially minded growth leader with a strong performance marketing foundation, ready to shape and accelerate Goodiebox’s profitable growth across Europe?
Goodiebox has transformed significantly over the past three years. We have delivered consistent positive EBITDA, become an AI-first company, and are now combining month-on-month growth with continued profitability across 15 European markets.
We are looking for an ambitious Growth Lead who can profitably grow Goodiebox’s subscription member base by increasing acquisition volume, improving CAC and conversion, and strengthening the long-term value of the members we acquire across 15 European markets.
You will take ownership of our subscription intake and an approximately DKK 2 million monthly growth budget across Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok and Pinterest. Ultimately, your job is clear: help us grow faster, smarter and profitably.
Your role
You will take full ownership of our subscription intake and report directly to the CEO, putting you at the center of driving the next phase of profitable growth across Goodiebox. Your success will ultimately be reflected in four things: acquisition volume, CAC, conversion and the long-term value of the members we acquire.
You will be part of a seven-person Growth Team, working alongside two creatives, a front-end developer, our Retention Manager, Non-Sub Manager and SoMe Manager. You will own the direction, priorities and results across subscription growth, while driving projects together with the specialists in the team.
You need to be able to navigate both the short and the long term and think across the full funnel - from brand awareness to acquisition and conversion. You will build strategy, set direction and think ahead, while still getting your hands dirty, digging into performance and executing when needed.
Your job is to connect the capabilities across the team, set a clear course and make sure we execute strongly while staying hands-on in your own core areas
A special note on AI
AI is already embedded in how we work.
We expect you to use AI actively across analysis, automation, experimentation and workflow improvement and to keep pushing for smarter tools and better ways of working.
AI-first should be a natural part of how you approach problems, make decisions and improve execution.
