As a Growth Manager – B2B Enterprise, you will drive growth initiatives for the Enterprise business by developing and executing marketing strategies that support customer acquisition, retention, revenue growth, and business performance.
You will work closely with the Enterprise Sales Team and cross-functional teams to turn market and customer insights into effective campaigns, partnerships, and growth initiatives. You will also monitor business performance, manage marketing investments, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve strategies and execution.
You will be responsible for the following:
Develop and execute growth marketing strategies focused on the acquisition and retention of enterprise clients, aligned with overall business and revenue goals.
Identify and analyze customer, market, and business insights to uncover opportunities for growth.
Translate data and market insights into effective marketing campaigns, tactical plans, and business initiatives.
Partner closely with the Enterprise Sales Team and cross-functional teams, including B2C, Product Success, Marcomm, Trade Marketing, and other relevant teams, to deliver integrated growth initiatives.
Manage and drive cross-functional marketing projects and campaigns from planning through execution and measurement.
Explore and develop partnerships and business opportunities that can contribute to enterprise growth.
Monitor growth metrics, campaign performance, ROI, and other key business indicators to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing strategies, campaigns, and investments.
Manage and monitor marketing budgets and financial reports to ensure effective and responsible use of resources.
Prepare regular performance reports and present key insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Continuously improve processes, standard operating procedures, and ways of working to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of growth initiatives.
Ensure projects and marketing plans are delivered on time and in full.
Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
We are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5–7 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, trade marketing, product management, business development, or a related field.
Experience in B2B, enterprise, fintech, telco, mobile apps, consumer technology, retail, FMCG, or similar industries is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and business insights into clear and actionable recommendations.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategies into effective execution.
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of customer needs, business performance, and growth drivers.
Experience managing marketing budgets and financial reports.
Strong project management skills and experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong marketing fundamentals across customer understanding, insight development, strategy development, data analysis, and integrated marketing communications.
Highly proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented, with a strong bias for action and continuous improvement.
Demonstrates learning agility, intellectual curiosity, creative problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have:
