As a Marketing Manager - Conversion and Loyalty you will be crafting and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive both in-store and online conversions, transforming browsers into loyal customers. In your role, you will be crafting and implementing strategies to boost sales growth through enhanced conversion and loyalty programs.

Your new job includes

  • plan and executive integrated in-store and online marketing campaigns, including promotions, discounts, and events to drive footfall, engagement, and sales.
  • analyse sales data, customer behavious, and campaign effectiveness using KPIs to identify opportunities for conversion and revenue growth.
  • drive visual merchandising strategies in collaboration with local operations teams to create engaging store environments that encourage impulse purchases.
  • develop and deliver the digital commerce strategy, including roadmap planning, sales growth initiatives, user experience enhancement, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
  • identify and drive loyalty program opportunities, manage end-to-end budget tracking, and ensure ROI aligned with business objectives.
