We are looking for you to join our headquarters in Hamburg's HafenCity in full-time (38.5 h/week)!

Your new job includes

As a Customer & Market Insights Manager (m/f/d), you create a solid, data-driven foundation for decision-making by structuring, analyzing, and preparing customer and market insights and making them accessible for relevant stakeholders.
In particular, you will

  • build, manage, and continuously develop an integrated customer and market insights ecosystem
  • be responsible for global motivation tracking, including vendor management, dashboard maintenance, and reporting
  • conduct customer satisfaction tracking, prepare the results, and communicate them to relevant stakeholders
  • independently design and execute qualitative and quantitative market research projects
  • plan and manage cross-functional as well as location-specific research projects
  • establish a structured knowledge transfer process and a company-wide communication concept for insights
  • select and manage external market research agencies and technology partners
  • prepare and present analytical results in a target group-oriented manner, including for management and executive-level audiences

Preferred Profile

  • Completed degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Social Sciences, or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience in market and customer research
  • Strong knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative market research methods
  • Experience working with BI tools and building dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Knowledge of applying AI in a market research context
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a structured and self-reliant working style
