What you'll do
- Help shape and roll out the employer-brand approach with the HR and internal communications team
- Create HR articles, internal newsletters, and institutional materials for employees and candidates
- Keep HR communication active across the intranet and professional social networks
- Support recruitment, onboarding, HR events, and internal updates about HR initiatives
- Track communication results and monitor emerging HR communication and employer-brand trends
What you bring
- A completed Bac +5 qualification in human resources, HR communication, or management
- Working knowledge of HR topics and employer-brand considerations
- Strong writing, digital communication, analysis, and synthesis skills
- Comfort with Pack Office and producing appealing communication materials

Missions :
Rattaché(e) à l’équipe Ressources Humaines & Communication RH, vous serez chargé(e) de :
Participer à la définition et au déploiement de la stratégie de marque employeur
Contribuer à la création de contenus RH
Articles RH
Newsletters internes
Supports institutionnels
Participer à l’animation des canaux de communication RH
Intranet
Réseaux sociaux professionnels
Contribuer à la communication liée au recrutement et à l’onboarding
Participer à l’organisation et à la promotion d’événements RH
Contribuer à la communication interne autour des projets RH
Participer au suivi des indicateurs de performance de la communication RH
Réaliser une veille sur les tendances de communication RH et marque employeur
Profil :
Nous recherchons un profil titulaire d'un BAC +5 dans le domaine des ressources humaines, de la communication RH ou du management.
Compétences :
Connaissances en ressources humaines
Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles
Maîtrise des outils de communication digitale
Aisance avec le Pack Office
Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
Compréhension des enjeux de marque employeur
Capacité à produire des supports de communication attractifs
