What you'll do
- Help organize salons, conferences, and promotional events, including logistics and on-site setup
- Coordinate venues, caterers, speakers, and equipment while keeping event schedules on track
- Create and distribute emailings, posters, and social posts to support each event
- Track registrations and attendees, then prepare participation figures and post-event feedback summaries
- Maintain partner and participant databases while monitoring communication and event trends
What you bring
- You have completed or are pursuing a Bac+2 qualification and plan to study a Bachelor 3 in event communication
- You can use Word, Excel, and PowerPoint confidently, with basic digital communication and social media knowledge
- You write clearly, prioritize work well, and communicate comfortably with others
- Basic Canva or comparable graphic creation skills are appreciated

ESG à STRASBOURG recherche, pour son entreprise partenaire, un(e) Assistant(e) communication événementielle en contrat d’alternance.
Missions
Participer à la préparation et à l’organisation logistique des événements (salons, conférences, opérations promotionnelles)
Contribuer à la coordination des prestataires (lieux, traiteurs, intervenants, matériel)
Aider à la création et à la diffusion des supports de communication (emailings, affiches, réseaux sociaux)
Assurer le suivi des inscriptions et des participants
Participer à l’animation des réseaux sociaux autour des événements
Appuyer la gestion des plannings et des rétroplannings événementiels
Contribuer à la mise en place sur site le jour J (accueil, signalétique, coordination)
Réaliser des comptes rendus post-événement (bilans, statistiques de participation, retours)
Mettre à jour les bases de données partenaires et participants
Effectuer une veille sur les tendances en communication et événementiel
Profil recherché
Niveau d’études : Bac+2 validé ou en cours de validation
Formation visée : Bachelor 3 Communication Événementielle (B3 Com Événementiel)
Intérêt pour l’organisation d’événements, la communication digitale et la gestion de projet
Compétences recherchées
Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Connaissances de base en communication digitale et réseaux sociaux
Capacités rédactionnelles correctes
