Social Media Marketing Executive / Content Creator

Salary Range: $3000–$5000

Job Summary:
As a Social Media Executive, you will initially focus on strengthening the company’s and subsidiaries’ social media presence through strategic content planning and audience engagement. Over time, the role will expand to managing external clients and developing social media strategies aligned with their branding and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Phase 1: Internal Social Media
- Develop and execute social media strategies across key platforms including Facebook, Instagram, RedNote, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Manage content calendars, content creation, and publishing schedules.
- Develop engaging social media content, including short-form videos, visual assets, and copywriting.
- Monitor social media metrics, audience engagement, and content performance.
- Work closely with internal teams to align content with brand positioning and marketing objectives.

Phase 2: External Clients
- Manage social media accounts and campaigns for external clients.
- Develop platform-specific content strategies based on clients’ brand and business objectives.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
- Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Progressively take on team leadership and oversee client campaign execution.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media strategy, content marketing, and audience engagement.
- Proficient in content creation tools such as Canva and CapCut.
- Experience in client management or a digital marketing agency is an advantage.
- Creative, analytical, and results-oriented with strong communication skills.
