From the employer
About the Role
Join our Promotions team as an Assistant Campaign Manager, where you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing promotions. This includes initial planning, execution, tracking, optimisation, and post-campaign analysis. You will lead digital campaigns targeting priority overseas markets and design integrated strategies that cover acquisition, activation, and retention to drive growth for our trading products. The role requires a strategic marketer capable of managing opt-in application flows, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—including Mandarin-speaking regional management—and ensuring smooth, impactful promotion launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of digital campaigns for priority overseas markets, including cold-start and conversion-focused initiatives, from planning and QA through to launch, optimisation, and post-campaign review.
- Design integrated, multi-channel campaign strategies across App, Web, CRM, and Social platforms to drive acquisition, activation, and funded-account conversion.
- Partner with Product, Compliance, Tech, and Regional teams to ensure all promotional rollouts are timely, compliant, and aligned with regional regulatory requirements.
- Implement tailored promotional mechanics and incentive structures, including bonuses, credits, cashback, and referral programmes.
- Track and report campaign performance against core KPIs such as First-Time Deposits, Funded Accounts, and Notional Volume, using data to inform ongoing optimisation.
- Analyse user behaviour and trading patterns to segment audiences, tailor messaging, and apply A/B testing to improve campaign ROI.
- Design and enforce anti-gaming and fraud prevention measures to detect bonus abuse or wash trading, coordinating rapid mitigation with Compliance and Tech teams.
- Establish and maintain risk monitoring frameworks to ensure promotional benefits are accessed only by legitimate, eligible users.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in user growth, campaign management, or digital marketing, with end-to-end ownership from planning through to post-campaign analysis.
- Strong understanding of trading products, client segmentation (leads, active traders, high-volume clients), and financial regulatory considerations across APAC markets.
- Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin is required, as the role involves regular coordination with Mandarin-speaking regional management and stakeholders across multiple markets. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
- Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to drive projects across Product, Tech, Compliance, and Regional teams.
- Solid project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritise effectively and deliver results in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.
- Strong analytical thinking with high attention to detail and data accuracy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
- Creative problem-solver who balances strategic thinking with operational rigour needed to design promotional mechanics and risk frameworks.
