Intro:

We're looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to own day-to-day DSP and AMC execution for 5–7 accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for DSP on your book of business.

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and optimize Amazon DSP campaigns from brief through execution across your accounts.

  • Manage account budgets and pacing, flag risk early, and make optimizations that keep delivery aligned to client goals.

  • Produce recurring performance reporting and pull the insights that explain what moved and why.

  • Lead the DSP portion of client calls, answer questions directly, and stay current on brand initiatives and activations.

  • Build strong working relationships with clients and become their go-to resource for DSP and AMC questions.

  • Partner with the Paid Search and Brand Management teams to track progress against shared client goals.

  • Support Brand Managers with pacing, performance tracking, and KPI reporting.

  • Review creative and audience performance, surface findings to clients, and request new assets as needed.

  • Maintain AMC setups for your accounts, onboard new clients into AMC, and deploy custom attribution. .

  • Onboard new and existing clients by auditing past performance and refining the strategy with your Sr. Manager or Director.

  • Contribute ideas to client strategy and testing roadmaps, including Streaming TV and OLV.

  • Participate in Advertising department meetings and contribute to DSP discussions.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience building, launching, and optimizing Amazon DSP campaigns.

  • Working experience with Streaming TV and OLV line items.

  • Solid knowledge of Amazon retail, Amazon DSP, and AMC fundamentals.

  • Comfort reading AMC outputs and applying attribution and measurement findings to campaign decisions.

  • Curiosity about new ad products, audience tactics, and beta offerings, with a track record of testing them.
