Who this fits

This mid-level, on-site Manila role suits someone who can turn operational data into clear recommendations and coordinate planning across teams and dealers. You’ll lead and support planning cycles, reporting, escalations and operational projects.

From the employer

Responsible for developing and managing sales, stock, and production plans; overseeing vehicle orders from planning through delivery; and aligning market demand with supply constraints. The role ensures vehicles are planned and distributed efficiently, balancing demand, availability, timing, inventory, and cost. It combines analytical planning, operational leadership, and issue resolution to optimize operations and support retail and wholesale objectives.

Sales, Inventory and Supply Planning

  • Lead recurring planning and target setting cycles for sales, wholesale, retail, inventory, and vehicle supply.

  • Consolidate market or dealer inputs into a clear volume and timing outlook.

  • Review demand assumptions, historical industry and sales performances, order trends, inventory, and known supply constraints as inputs to optimized sales plan.

  • Identify risks and opportunities—including likely shortfalls, excess inventory, aging stock, and changes in demand—and recommend actions.

  • Present planning scenarios and recommendations to business leaders for review and decisions.

Vehicle Allocation and Order Management

  • Lead ordering and allocation process to support market and dealer needs while working within supply constraints.

  • Oversee order status from submission and confirmation through scheduling, production, shipment, and dealer receipt.

  • Ensure order priorities, cutoffs, exceptions, and changes are handled consistently and communicated promptly.

  • Resolve or escalate issues affecting order placement, allocation, production scheduling, or vehicle availability.

  • Coordinate with relevant teams to reduce delays and improve order-to-delivery performance.

Sales, Inventory and Management Reporting

  • Prepare, update and oversee recurring reporting on sales, orders, inventory, availability, shipment, aging, and delivery performance, ensuring data accuracy and timely availability.

  • Establish checks to reconcile information across dealer submissions and internal systems.

  • Investigate discrepancies, late submissions, and data-quality issues; assign corrective actions.

  • Ensure reports are delivered on time and explain key changes, risks, and assumptions—not just the numbers.

  • Maintain clear definitions for measures and consistent reporting practices across the team.

Systems, Process, and Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure internal and external stakeholders follow established planning, order-management, distribution, and reporting processes.

  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve data quality, automate recurring reporting, and reduce manual rework.

  • Partner with IT, analytics, and process owners on system changes, testing, and user readiness.

  • Maintain process documentation, operating procedures, business rules, and training materials.

  • Review recurring issues and lead corrective actions to prevent repeat disruptions.

Coordinate Stakeholders and Manage Escalations

  • Serve as a key point of coordination among Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Accounting, IT, dealers, and other relevant partners.

  • Lead planning and operating reviews, clearly documenting decisions, risks, owners, and due dates.

  • Escalate significant supply, delivery, inventory, payment, or data risks with supporting analysis and recommended actions.

  • Communicate plan changes and operational impacts to affected stakeholders.

  • Represent the team in cross-functional and regional planning discussions.

Other Responsibilities

  • Management Reporting – Local and Regional.

  • Lead important meetings such as Market Direction Review, Ageing Inventory Review, among others. Represent Sales Planning and Distribution Team in other local and regional meetings.

  • Lead and support processes in ordering and planning systems such as GDBP, VISTA, among others.

  • Ensure accurate data collection.

  • Coordinate with dealers and support escalation of system concerns to Support Team.

  • Prepare and monitor FGP purchase orders (PO) from third-party suppliers.

  • Ensure valid POs for each purchase/service.

  • Monitor monthly balances and amend POs to mitigate risk of exceeding actual costs.

  • Communicate results to all relevant stakeholders.

  • Lead/Support special projects such as product launches, new system implementation, among others.

  • Support Internal Control, Audit and related activities.

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and/or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 5 years working experience

  • Experience in sales planning, distribution, supply chain, logistics, inventory, sales operations, or automotive operations. Experience coordinating work across multiple functions and managing time-sensitive operational issues.

  • Prior experience in automotive sales planning, distribution, or dealer network operations.

  • Strategic and with foresight, detail-oriented, strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into decisions and clear recommendations.
