Ford Business Solutions is looking for a
Communication Specialist
to join our Ford Customer Service Team in our Szentendre office.
What will be your roles and responsibilities?
- Understand and utilize central communications strategies, guidelines, and directions to build Ford Service brand locally
- Manage budget efficiently to support aftersales and communications objectives for digital and social campaigns for Hungary and EDM operations (importer model markets)
- Support the localization of central assets and the development process of local assets if required by briefing and monitoring agency work
- Support preparation of local marketing materials (advertisements, direct mails, texts to national web page (NWP), leaflets, flyers, catalogues)
- Coordinate and execute monthly CRM campaigns: briefing the agency, set up the campaign with central team, monitoring the campaign performance
- Support the localization of central assets by briefing and monitoring agency work: check and review Hungarian copy texts suggested by agencies (advertisements, direct mails, texts to national web page (NWP), leaflets, flyers, catalogues)
- Arranging for supply and distribution of communication materials: coordinate ordered catalogues and all other POS arrival to warehouse and distribution to dealers
- Manage the company websites’ content: national web page, accessory web page
- Cooperate with and motivate agency teams to deliver the best results for the Ford brand: review response to briefing (re-brief and de-brief), follow up their tasks, consider and if necessary, revise work presented (media plans, creative copies, cost estimates)
- Continuous liaison with FCSD Field Force team and Business Development team
- Assist with planning and execution of special events, incentive programs, and meetings
- Application testing (Ford App)
- Process invoices and monitor project expenditures
