About the Role
We're building our MENA marketing team and looking for a mobile-first, content-first, influencer-first Brand Marketing Manager to bring our brand to life across social platforms. This is a hands-on execution role of the regional strategy that's owned by MENA marketing leadership. You'll be on the ground turning that strategy into scroll-stopping content, creator partnerships, and day-to-day social presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the KSA social and content plan, translating strategy into platform-native content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Shoot social-first content short-form video, reels, stories, behind-the-scenes - on location and at events.
- Work closely with the social media team on content calendars, scheduling, and platform strategy.
- Plan and execute photoshoots - vendor coordination, shot lists, on-site production.
- Recruit, vet, and manage influencer partnerships: identify talent, negotiate deliverables, review output, nurture ongoing relationships.
- Work with the Events team to turn influencer events into content - capture and distribute.
- Support in building the collateral operation: brand toolkit, templates, sales materials, presentation decks, signage.
- Support partnership development with the B2B team - co-branded content, partner marketing, joint activations.
- Translate large scale marketing campaigns into content opportunities
- Track performance, report on what's working, and feed learnings back to leadership.
- Manage timelines and light budgets for the activities you own.
What We’re Looking for
- 5–8 years hands-on experience in social media, content, or influencer marketing — ideally for a consumer brand in MENA.
- A portfolio or reel of content you personally created (not just managed) vertical video especially.
- Fluency in the MENA social landscape — how TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and YouTube behave differently here.
- Strong instinct for trends and a bias for action.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English. Additional Nice To have
- Existing relationships with regional creators, agencies, or production talent.
- Experience with paid social, analytics tools, or social listening.
- Practical creator skills: shooting and editing on CapCut, Premiere, or similar. Good eye for pacing, framing, and sound.
