The Solutions Engineer is a customer-facing technical expert who bridges the gap between product, engineering, customer service, operations and sales to design, demonstrate, and implement scalable solutions. This role translates business requirements into technical architectures, leveraging APIs, configurations, workflows, and cloud platforms to deliver measurable customer value.

You will partner across teams to accelerate revenue, enable successful implementations, and ensure customers fully realize the value of our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer business needs, systems, and architecture.
• Design and present tailored solutions aligned to customer use cases and outcomes.
• Deliver compelling product demos, solution walkthroughs, and executive-level presentations.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and address technical objections throughout the sales cycle.
Solution Architecture & Design
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions leveraging APIs, integrations, and cloud-native services
• Design end-to-end workflows across SaaS platforms, enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, HRIS, etc.), and third-party services
• Define integration patterns (REST, event-driven, batch, middleware) and system interoperability approaches
• Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation blueprints
API & Integration Development
• Design, implement, and support API-based integrations between internal and external systems (REST, GraphQL, webhooks)
• Ensure secure, reliable data exchange using modern authentication and authorization methods (OAuth2, JWT, API keys)
• Troubleshoot and optimize integrations for performance, scalability, and resiliency
• Support proof-of-concept (PoC) builds and pilot implementations
Implementation & Customer Success Enablement
• Guide customers through onboarding, configuration, and technical implementation
• Partner with Customer Success and Delivery teams to ensure seamless handoff post-sale
• Provide best practices for system configuration, automation, and optimization
• Enable customers to adopt advanced capabilities (automation, analytics, AI-driven features)
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Act as the liaison between customers and Product/Engineering teams, influencing roadmap based on real-world needs
• Collaborate with Product to refine APIs, integrations, and developer experience
• Support Sales teams with technical enablement and ongoing education
• Contribute to reusable assets (demo environments, integration templates, solution accelerators)

What You Will Need to be Successful:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
