What you'll do

What you bring
- A marketing, journalism, public relations, or related bachelor's degree
- At least five years in digital marketing and content management for Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency
- Working knowledge of blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, and the wider Web3 landscape
- Professional fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

Your role at Finoverse
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and promotional materials (Web3-focused).
Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various channels, including social media and EDM.
Build and nurture relationships with Web3 communities, influencers, and industry partners.
Identify, establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and organizations within the Web3 community.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and generate reports to optimize future campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, and other Web3 developments to ensure content relevance.
Responsible for planning and hosting various events, including conferences, VIP gatherings, global seminars, and business networking receptions (Web3-focused).
Collaborate with stakeholders to define the agenda that meets the event's goals.
Research and identify potential speakers who align with the event’s theme.
Drive innovation in marketing approaches tailored for the decentralized Web3 ecosystem.
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism / Public Relations, or related field
At least 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and content management within the Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency sectors.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, NFTs, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Experience with community engagement and building relationships with industry influencers.
Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative content ideas.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive approach.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, previous experience working in startups or small teams would be a plus
Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
