What you bring

At least six years in digital design, motion, video, or AI production, ideally in fast-moving or performance-focused teams
You can take creative work from initial idea through production, testing, and refinement with AI support
You understand how performance-marketing design choices influence campaign results
You work fluently in Figma plus Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator
You use generative AI for images, video, copy, and ideation, and can incorporate it into regular workflows

About the role

Own and elevate creative execution for high-visibility digital marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Design and deliver best-in-class video and static assets, from key visuals and motion pieces to thumbnails, end screens, hero assets & organic and paid media assets.
Focus on producing assets with AI tools, defining workflows that accelerate ideation, production, localization, and iteration at scale.
Leveraging AI platforms to produce 100% of assets in creative production for paid & organic media, hero assets, landing page assets, editing and other adhoc requests.
Prototype, pitch, and validate new creative formats using insights from performance data, platform trends, and audience behavior.
Set creative and technical standards for AI-assisted design and video production, documenting best practices and workflows.
Mentor and support junior designers, providing feedback, creative direction, and guidance on both craft and AI usage.

About you

6+ years of professional experience in digital design, motion, video, AI production, ideally in fast-paced or performance-driven environments.
Proven experience owning creative projects end-to-end, from concept to execution and iteration, leveraging AI tools to achieve the best outcome in assets.
Strong understanding of performance marketing creatives and how design decisions impact results.
Advanced proficiency in tools such as:

Figma, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
Generative AI tools for image, video, copy, and ideation

Experienced in integrating AI into everyday workflows.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Based in Madrid.
