About the Role:

The E-commerce Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the end-to-end e-commerce strategy to drive sustainable sales growth, market share, and profitability across all online platforms. This role will lead the digital channel transformation, strengthen partnerships with key e-retailers, and ensure best-in-class execution across content, pricing, promotions, and supply chain.

Main Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for defining and implementing customer-specific strategies that align with the overall e-commerce channel objectives and Ferrero's business priorities. Through a deep understanding of your customers and the market landscape, you will identify growth opportunities across assigned accounts and drive category leadership by optimizing assortment, enhancing online visibility, and successfully executing innovation launches.

You will develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key e-commerce customers. By regularly reviewing customer performance and ensuring alignment with Ferrero's commercial principles, you will foster mutually beneficial partnerships that support sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

You will play a key role in driving profitable business growth by effectively managing trade investments, evaluating promotional return on investment, and implementing appropriate pricing and discount strategies. Your focus will be on balancing volume growth with profitability objectives to maximize business performance.

You will lead the planning and execution of online promotional activities throughout the year, including key commercial moments such as Ramadan, White Friday, and other seasonal peak periods. Working closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams, you will ensure that campaigns are seamlessly activated and aligned with broader business objectives. You will also monitor promotional performance and leverage data and insights to continuously enhance future plans and outcomes.

You will collaborate closely with Supply Chain teams to ensure excellent product availability and optimal inventory management across all assigned customers.
