About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented marketing professional to join our team and drive the development of the Kinder Chilled Snacks, Bites, Biscuits & Sponge Cakes portfolio in Ukraine. In this role, you will be responsible for managing product launches, supporting portfolio growth, coordinating marketing initiatives and ensuring the successful execution of brand plans in close collaboration with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Procurement and Regional teams.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of brand management, innovation, commercial planning and business analysis, contributing to the growth of one of the world's most recognized confectionery brands while leading cross-functional projects and bringing new products to market.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the brands portfolio, including assortment planning, product lifecycle management, artwork approvals and coordination of packaging updates.
- Lead new product launches, coordinating opportunity assessment, business cases, launch readiness, pricing, P&L development and commercialization activities.
- Ensure local implementation of global brand guidelines, category initiatives and innovation pipelines.
- Oversee pricing, profitability and financial performance across the assigned portfolio, including price list management, GM% monitoring and budget control.
- Develop and localize brand assets, including packaging visuals, e-commerce content, digital materials and website updates, ensuring alignment with global brand standards.
- Support Trade Marketing initiatives through the development and execution of POS materials, branded equipment and in-store visibility solutions for seasonal and innovation launches.
- Plan and execute marketing activities for assigned categories, managing cooperation with internal stakeholders, agencies and external service providers.
- Provide commercial and category support by preparing presentations, sales arguments, launch materials and conducting store visits to monitor market execution and consumer visibility.
- Manage budgeting, reporting and administrative processes, including A&P planning, accruals, supplier documentation, SAP processes and management presentations for local and regional stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional and capability-building initiatives, fostering collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Procurement and Learning & Development teams.
About You:
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience within an international FMCG company, with exposure to brand management, innovation or category marketing.
- Fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international business environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; experience with SAP and Nielsen/ACNielsen tools will be considered an advantage.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling and visually impactful presentations for different stakeholder groups.
- Highly detail-oriented, accurate and organized, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent planning, prioritization and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration across cross-functional and international teams.
- A proactive, positive and results-driven mindset, combined with curiosity, adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow.
