Feeser’s is looking for an experienced, strategic Marketing Manager to lead company‑wide marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, support sales growth, and elevate our presence across the Mid‑Atlantic foodservice industry. You’ll build integrated campaigns, manage supplier‑funded programs, drive digital performance, and lead a team that brings our brand to life across every channel.

What You’ll Do

You’ll own the strategy, execution, and measurement of Feeser’s marketing engine — ensuring every initiative supports business goals and delivers measurable results.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

  • Lead planning and execution of all marketing programs, campaigns, and promotions.

  • Manage multi‑channel campaigns across email, social, paid media, print, SEO, and content.

  • Produce engaging content for the website, blog, and customer‑facing platforms.

  • Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance to optimize results.

  • Plan and oversee major events including food shows, mini‑shows, customer events, and sales meetings.

  • Strengthen supplier, broker, and customer relationships to support growth initiatives.

  • Manage vendor rebate programs, marketing allowances, and supplier‑funded initiatives.

  • Oversee the annual marketing budget and monitor quarterly spend.

  • Measure and report campaign performance with clear insights and recommendations.

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop marketing team members.
