What You'll Be Doing:
- Support the Sales Development team in identifying and engaging prospective/existing business customers.
- Conduct account research to uncover opportunities, key contacts, and business insights that support outreach efforts.

- Participate in call shadowing, coaching sessions, and sales training to build foundational sales and business development skills.

- Support AI-powered sales tools and technology initiatives through testing, feedback, documentation, and training material development.
