  • Track support requests through resolution, ensuring a timely and positive customer experience.

We are seeking a strong communicator and collaborative team player. In this role, you will work closely with teams and stakeholders across the organization to gather information, resolve questions, and keep projects moving forward. • Knowledge of and familiarity with database management and SQL.
  • Familiarity with support, ticketing, or CRM tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical or functional information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
