We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Manager, Product Marketing to support product marketing initiatives and integrated marketing campaigns. This role is responsible for shaping clear, compelling product messaging, developing sales-enablement materials, and supporting product launches and campaign execution to drive customer engagement and business growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain product messaging and positioning that is clear, compelling, and aligned with business goals and brand direction.
Support integrated marketing campaign planning and execution by providing customer-focused messaging and narrative frameworks.
Develop product collateral, including sales presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and other materials that support the sales process.
Support product launches, including launch planning, go-to-market coordination, and related marketing materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, brand, legal, underwriting, actuarial, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective execution.
Conduct market research and gather insights on customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends to inform product marketing strategies.
Track and report on key performance metrics, such as product adoption, customer satisfaction, and sales revenue.
Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
At least 5-7 years of experience in marketing or related field, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
Strong storytelling skills and ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with customers and drive engagement.
Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the insurance industry.
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform marketing decisions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Results-driven mindset, with a track record of achieving goals and objectives.
