  • Assist with communications efforts for corporate-level initiatives.
  • Help develop media pitches and create media lists to secure top-tier media coverage.
  • Assist with corporate social media strategy and other owned media, working closely with full Communications teams.
  • Conduct research for executive speaking opportunities and help with execution.
  • Step in as called on for writing, editing, handling inbound media inquiries, etc.
  • Work in close collaboration with colleagues across the global Communications team and key colleagues across businesses and corporate functions.

You Are…

The ideal candidate will be a creative, strategic thinker and storyteller with solid news judgement; high energy, flexible and detail-oriented.

  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Previous experience working with a publicly traded company in an external communications role, either in-house or with an agency.
  • Experience executing external communications strategies, including for social media and other owned media, backed by solid metrics-driven approach.
  • Media relations experience – developing relationships, arranging interviews, taking inquiries, etc.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, compelling communications.

  • BS/BA degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
  • 5-7 years of related experience
  • Familiarity and ease working with communications technology, including or similar to Business Wire, Muck Rack, SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft suite, etc.

Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000 USD and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary.

This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday and personal days (totaling 12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
