Team Lead - Content Management

Role: Team Lead – Content Management Responsibilities: Perform detailed research to develop and produce high-quality content across various asset types, including press releases, whitepapers, and corporate reports. Develop compelling localized content for various global markets. Proactively improve existing content and processes. Mentor junior content producers and provide constructive feedback during the peer review process. Ensure adherence to brand voice and style guidelines as a Hexaware brand ambassador. Flair for writing with an understanding of what works on the internet. Familiarity with SEO best practices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Word. Familiarity with AP Style. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, or related field. 6+ years of experience producing content for an IT services company. Understanding of IT technologies and services.
