  • Lead coordination of media interviews, briefings, and speaking engagements, including speechwriting and talking points development.
  • Oversee content development for the website, social media platforms, and other digital communication channels.
  • Support design, drafting, and editing of annual reports and key institutional publications.
  • Monitor media coverage and communications trends, maintaining records and insights for reporting and strategy development.
  • Support planning and coordination of events, workshops, and conferences from a content and communications perspective.
  • Identify and develop strategic speaking opportunities for leadership and support related content preparation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure integrated and aligned messaging across programs, research, and engagement activities.
  • Ensure content supports the Center’s mission, enhances visibility, and strengthens public positioning.
  • Other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Media, Public Relations, Marketing, English, Arabic Studies, or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • 6-8 years of progressive experience in content development, editorial management, communications, journalism, or corporate communications, including at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.
  • Proven experience in leading end-to-end content strategy, editorial planning, and multi-channel content production (print, digital, and social media).
  • Strong experience in drafting, editing, and overseeing high-level bilingual content (English and Arabic), including speeches, reports, and institutional publications.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, impactful messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding of branding, tone of voice, editorial standards, and integrated communications strategies.
  • Experience working with senior leadership on executive communications and public-facing messaging.
  • Strong media awareness with experience supporting media relations, press communications, and reputational content.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is highly desirable.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and content management systems; familiarity with digital publishing tools, social media platforms, and basic analytics tools is an advantage.
