Our goal is to raise the firm’s visibility by using our global marketing and communications platform to support our firm, its publicly-traded vehicles, and its sales and client marketing efforts. We seek to deliver the most effective, innovative, and scalable ways to express the traits that set Blue Owl apart.

The Head of Content will be responsible for defining, operationalizing, and managing the firm’s overarching corporate-level content strategy. • Collaborate with Brand Strategy to define and maintain a on-brand voice, visual identity, and messaging framework across all social platforms.

  • Partner with Communications and Compliance on community management: developing clear governance protocols and response strategies to manage potential risks across social channels.

  • Establish clear performance benchmarks and frameworks, translating analytics into actionable insights and executive-level recommendations that demonstrate social media’s contribution to business objectives, regularly presenting findings to senior leadership. Analyze data to gain insights into audience behavior, preferences, and trends, and use them to inform strategy and decision-making.

  • Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable defining vision and driving execution

  • Deep appreciation for content as a strategic asset, with demonstrable experience managing content, and building processes, governance frameworks, and scalable content operations within complex organizations

  • Ability to manage a variety of internal and external partners and vendors, including copywriters, graphic designers, editors, and proofreaders

  • Outstanding skills in organization, prioritization, and time management

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently; drive clarity in ambiguous environments; build relationships and consensus across cross-functional teams; and manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment
