Who this fits
This role suits a self-directed new-business seller who can plan a territory, advise clients on growth challenges and negotiate with senior stakeholders. You’ll work in a hybrid format, with office days on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
From the employer
At Adwake, powered by Entravision (NYSE: EVC), we help the world's leading mobile apps find, connect with, and grow their ideal users. We combine data-driven insights, machine learning, and high-impact digital media with a hands-on, service-first approach, and we're growing fast across global markets.
We're looking for a Senior Business Development Representative to join our team. This is a true hunter role: you'll open doors at top-tier mobile app companies, build relationships with growth and UA leaders, and close the deals that shape our presence globally. You'll have the autonomy to build your own pipeline, the backing of a global company, and a direct impact on our growth.
If you love the thrill of landing new logos and want to shape the future of mobile marketing, let's talk!
What You’ll Do:
- New Business Hunting: Proactively identify, target, and win new clients among top-tier mobile app companies with a 100% focus on new logos.
- Outbound Prospecting: Run multi-channel outreach (cold email, LinkedIn, events and in-person meetings) to reach Heads of Growth, Heads of UA, and other marketing decision-makers.
- Negotiation & Closing: Drive deals from first contact to signed contract.
- Market Presence: Represent Adwake at industry events and conferences to build your network and generate new opportunities.
What you should have:
- 5+ years in B2B sales or business development in digital advertising or ad tech, with at least 2–3 years selling mobile performance or user acquisition solutions.
- A proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas, with deals you sourced and closed yourself. We'll ask about specific numbers.
- An established network of decision-makers at mobile app companies (Heads of UA, Growth, Performance Marketing, CMOs) and the ability to open doors from day one.
- Strong knowledge of the mobile ecosystem: CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV and retention metrics; MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular); DSPs, ad networks and performance marketing.
- Experience running a full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution design, proposal, pricing negotiation, contracting, and handover to account management.
- Consultative selling skills. You can diagnose a client's growth problem and build a proposal, not just pitch a product.
- Confidence negotiating commercial terms, including budgets, pricing models, and performance guarantees, with senior stakeholders.
- Disciplined pipeline management in a CRM (Salesforce).
- Fluent English, spoken and written. Other languages are a strong plus.
- Comfortable representing the company at industry events and conferences (e.g., MWC, App Promotion Summit, Mobile Growth Summit).
- Autonomy and ownership. You can build a territory strategy, and you enjoy working with multicultural teams.
What we offer:
- Ticket Restaurant
- Wellbeing and gym membership
- Breakfast, Fruit & Snacks at the office
- Team Events
- Work Anniversary Celebrations & Gift Cards
- Referral Program
- 💻 Hybrid work format, combining remote and in-office work 2 times a week (Tuesday and Thursday)
