What is the role?

As a talented and versatile Multimedia Designer, you will play a key role in creating high-quality video and design content that supports our marketing, branding, educational, and product efforts. This is a hybrid creative role that combines two core pillars: video production and editing on one side, and graphic design on the other - from social media visuals and presentations to print materials and front-end design. We are not looking for "just" a graphic designer: strong video shooting and editing skills are essential to succeed in this role. You will collaborate closely with various teams to produce impactful visual materials that enhance our company's market positioning and storytelling.

Some of your daily tasks will include:

Capture and produce high-quality videos for various projects, including marketing campaigns, product showcases, educational content, and in-house corporate videos
Edit and assemble video content (montage, color, sound, pacing), ensuring a polished final product that aligns with the company's brand and marketing strategy
Create graphic design assets for social media, tailored to each platform's format and audience
Design presentations, print materials, and other branded collateral for internal and external use
Contribute to front-end design - visual layouts and assets for web pages and digital products
Collaborate with the marketing, product, and engineering teams to conceptualize and create visual assets that effectively communicate EnduroSat's key messages and concepts
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and milestones

What do we look for?

A portfolio is required - please include work samples showcasing both your video (shooting and editing) and graphic design projects
Proven experience in videography and video editing, with strong montage/post-production skills
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
Solid graphic design skills across digital (social media) and print formats, using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign
Experience designing presentations and marketing collateral
Familiarity with front-end design tools and workflows (e.g., Figma) is a strong advantage
Solid understanding of design principles, visual composition, and color theory
Familiarity with social media platforms and creating visual content tailored for them
A proactive attitude and ability to work independently, while also collaborating effectively with teams
A degree in multimedia design, visual arts, graphic design, or a related field is a plus
